Internship Placements

Every student who participates in Denver Urban Semester will complete an internship at least four days each week for the entirety of the semester. Education majors completing their student teaching will be at their student teaching placements for five days each week. Below is a list of potential site placements for the internship. The placement options vary in organization size, and some organizations are faith-based while others are not.

Please note, not every organization listed below always has internship space available; availability can vary from semester to semester. Furthermore, the list below is not an exhaustive list. If you are accepted into the program, DUS staff will work with you to determine the best internship fit for you.
